NOTICE (updated May 19 @ 2:30pm): It has been reported Weird Al Yankovic has canceled some upcoming concerts
due to testing positive for Covid-19. However, we been informed by his tour representatives that his Springfield, IL, appearance on
Sunday, May 22, falls outside of the recommended CDC isolation period guidelines and, assuming his
health status permits, the show will go on as scheduled. Ticket holders are strongly encouraged to check back
on this website for last-minute event status updates prior to attending Sunday’s concert.

Based on guidance from local authorities, UIS Performing Arts Center is running without any COVID-19 restrictions. ("Weird Al" Yankovic has COVID policies in place, please see event page for details.)
Face masks are recommended but not required.
All patrons are requested not to attend this event if experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. Elderly patrons or persons with underlying health conditions who may be particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus should carefully consider their personal decision to attend any event.
